Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with creating job ads and prescreening applicants
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and online benefits platform
• Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
• Review and update HR information system records
• Help uphold our company policies, rules, and regulations
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in Human Resources or in pursuit of advanced degree in HR
• General knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidentiality a must
