Are you looking for an opportunity to grow your HR skills in a hands-on, fast-paced construction office? We want to hear from you! We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join the People Team at GBI. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR / People department at our Kaysville, Utah headquarters.
30 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating job ads and prescreening applicants
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and online benefits platform
- Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
- Review and update HR information system records
- Help uphold our company policies, rules, and regulations.
- Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, or in pursuit of advanced degree in HR
- General knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidentiality a must
