Join a prestigious healthcare facility in scenic southwestern North Dakota as a Senior Anesthesiologist. We're seeking an experienced physician to provide comprehensive anesthesia services in a modern, well-equipped facility with state-of-the-art technology and a collaborative team environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive perioperative care across diverse surgical cases
- Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and risk assessments
- Administer and monitor various types of anesthesia including regional, general, and monitored anesthesia care
- Specialize in orthopedic, OB/GYN, and ophthalmological procedures
- Conduct post-operative patient monitoring and pain management
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications and Requirements:
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Minimum 1 year post-residency experience
- Active or eligible for North Dakota medical license
- Board certification in Anesthesiology
- Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
- Active DEA license
- Expertise in regional blocks, lumbar punctures, and advanced airway management
- Proficiency with Meditech EHR system
Schedule and Compensation:
- Full-time position (40 hours/week)
- Favorable 1:5 call rotation
- W2 Employment: Up to $780,000 annually ($375/hr)
- 1099 Contract: Up to $800,000 annually ($395/hr)
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- $15,000 relocation assistance
