As a key member of our vertically integrated general contracting firm, you'll play a crucial role in designing and overseeing residential and commercial development projects, including our ambitious 2,500 Build-for-Rent (BTR) asset portfolio.
Key Responsibilities• Lead infrastructure design for residential and commercial developments
• Conduct field investigations and feasibility studies for new land opportunities
• Manage multi-disciplinary projects across multiple Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs)
• Develop comprehensive design plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates
• Oversee utility, grading, drainage, and erosion control designs
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely project delivery
• Provide value engineering solutions and structural stamping for architectural plans
• Supervise field crews and CAD drafting work
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification, licensed in Missouri
• 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with a focus on residential new construction
• Proven expertise in infrastructure civil engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong project management skills, including budget and schedule adherence
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in CAD software and civil engineering tools
