Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for all cardiovascular services
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of cardiovascular professionals
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain quality metrics
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Oversee department budget and resource allocation

Required Qualifications:
- Current Florida RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care cardiovascular services leadership experience
- Previous Cath Lab Director or Manager experience required
- RCVT certification preferred
- Strong operational and financial management skills
