Join our progressive healthcare team as an Imaging Services Supervisor in beautiful Middlebury, Vermont. Lead a dedicated team of radiologic technologists while maintaining hands-on clinical expertise in our state-of-the-art imaging facility performing 25,000 annual examinations.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership for daily imaging services across multiple modalities
- Supervise and mentor radiologic technology staff in a newly unionized environment
- Maintain clinical proficiency across imaging modalities including Digital Radiography, CT, Mammography, and Fluoroscopy
- Manage department scheduling, workflow optimization, and quality control processes
- Oversee inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with Radiology Director on departmental initiatives and communications
- Participate in clinical coverage as needed for optimal department operations
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Certificate in Radiologic Technology
- Current ARRT(R) certification plus additional certification in CT or Mammography
- Vermont State Radiologic Technologist license (or eligible)
- 5 years clinical radiology experience
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with digital imaging systems and PACS
Preferred Qualifications
- Dual certification in CT and Mammography
- Experience with Epic EMR and Visage PACS
- Prior supervision in a union environment
- Bachelor's degree in related field
