Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner - $150K - South Florida (Wellington Area)

Position Overview

Essential Responsibilities
- Manage pre and post-operative patient care in an orthopedic surgery setting
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
- Coordinate treatment plans with the surgical team
- Document patient care using EPowerDoc EMR system
- Provide patient education and post-operative instructions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Florida ARNP license or eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of orthopedic surgery or related surgical experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellence in interpersonal communication and team collaboration
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $150,000 - $170,000 annually
