Primary Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to long-term care residents
- Conduct regular health assessments and physical examinations
- Develop and manage patient care plans
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team

Required Qualifications
- Current New York State Nurse Practitioner License
- Valid NP Certification
