Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive surgical services growth strategies
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Lead implementation of strategic initiatives across multiple facilities
- Foster strong relationships with medical staff and key stakeholders
- Operational Excellence
- Direct all surgical service lines including OR, Pre/Post-Op, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing
- Optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Manage departmental budgets and financial performance
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Team Leadership
- Provide executive oversight of all surgical services personnel
- Build and maintain high-performing teams
- Promote a culture of accountability and clinical excellence

Required Qualifications
- Education & Licensure
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's preferred)
- Current RN or CST license in Texas
- CNOR and/or CSSM certification preferred

- Proven track record managing large-scale acute care facilities
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution
