Salon Manger

JSW Enterprises operating locally as Great Clips!

The Manager position oversees the overall management, coaching, and development of salon stylists. They'll ensure the delivery of the Great Clips brand and company culture.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Interviewing, hiring, training new employees
• Communicates salon processes to ensure compliance with established standards and brand strategy
• Coaches and provides feedback to stylists
• Performs Quality Service Reviews to ensure consistent brand delivery
• Ensures that all company processes and policies are practiced consistently
• Creates a culture of accountability
• Lives out the organizational core values every day
• Ability to prioritize and assign responsibilities to others

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has supervisory responsibilities.

Travel:

Travel to the salons is required

Required Education and Experience:

Some management experience

Cosmetology license is required

Additional Qualifications:

• Valid ID
• Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Commitment to the 5 Steps to Customer Care with every customer, every time, in every salon
• Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve customer and employee issues
• Experience with computers and associated operating systems

Microsoft Excel, among other software deemed necessary by the company
