Commercial Office Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all areas are kept clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and employees alike.

it would to offices in Quantico & Stafford , person must be a citizen and no felonies as we would be doing a background check . would like someone that is bilingual and has there own transportation .

Hours will be from 530-830pm

person will train last week in Feb and must be able to begin work on there own by 3/3/25

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Conduct industrial cleaning of equipment and facilities to maintain operational standards.
• Assist with custodial duties in commercial properties as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and break rooms to promote a hygienic environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
• Experience in commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with floor care methods including buffing and waxing.
• Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Work Location: In person
