Be a key point of contact for customers via inbound and outbound calls with project updates and friendly outreach. Log notes from calls and internal interactions. Comfortable managing customer concerns in a professional, positive approach. Make decisions of resources to pull in internally and communicate to program partner of status. Project Manager of customer service questions and concerns. Role would also consist of administrative support in program compliance and processing.

- Previous customer service experience, ideally in the home improvement or construction industry.
