The following is a job description and duties of the Program Specialist position.
- The Program Specialist provides direction for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the residential services that are provided by Great Day Residential.
- This position is responsible for approving assessments and individual service or treatment plans to ensure the appropriate services are provided to meet the needs of the individuals in our care. The Program Specialist, who is a qualified QMHP, must have documented experience developing, conducting, and approving assessments and individual service or treatment plans.
- Development and approval of the assessments and ISP for each individual in the home.
- Implementation and documentation of the residential ISP goals including QTLY’s.
- Monthly audits – client notes/documentation, medications, DBHDS required client forms
- Quarterly, Annual audits of client notes, client medications, client annual documentation
Minimum Qualifications include:
- QMHP / QDDP
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft – Email, Word, Excel
- Experience in writing Quarterly Reports
- Experience in writing Annual Plans
- Experience in WaMS
- Weekly communication with Case Managers, Day Support Programs, House Managers, and the Executive Team
- Position reports to the President & CEO
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
