Job Summary
Position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead small groups of all ages through bike park instruction. Current IMBA, PMBIA, TerraMethod, or similar certification is preferred (will train if not currently certified). Must be a proficient mountain biker with the ability and desire and teach others. Will also assist with trail maintenance and rental shop procedures. Candidates with mechanical experience preferred and must be at least 18.

Experience instructing and guiding people in riding mountain bikes or other outdoor activities
Basic bike maintenance and trail maintenance
Prior customer service experience

Varies, including weekends and holidays as needed

Core Responsibilities
- Provide guests with properly sized bikes and protective gear
- Adjust and perform minor maintenance on rental bikes
- Provide guest with a guided learning experience for basic and intermediate riding instruction
- Help maintain trails with basic hand tools
- Handle and accept responsibility for large sums of money
- Sweep and other general cleaning of Rental Shop
- Other duties as assigned by management
