Job Description
The condo maintenance supervisor is responsible for performing maintenance duties and supervising condo maintenance staff and subcontractors with repairs and replacement to resort timeshare and hotel condos using knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC while maintaining a safe environment. Identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate staff; allocate resources accordingly and make recommendations to Lead Supervisor. Assist with hiring/Interviewing.
Must have supervisory experience, detailed oriented, good driving record and good verbal and written communication skills. Painting and Drywall experience (prefer but not required). Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
General maintenance experience
Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for condo maintenance and repairs
Maintains a service-oriented environment by having a professional appearance and attitude
Train or coordinate training in condo maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques
Monitor and control supplies, tools, and equipment inventory
Attend and participate in professional staff meetings to underscore the resort’s team-oriented culture
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with public, department heads, managers, contractors and staff
