Job Description
Perform a variety of repair and maintenance task including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC work. Respond when needed to resort guest calls as well as in-house work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Must have good communication skills as well as great customer service skills. Four-day workweek including every other weekend off. Good driving record. Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Interacts directly with resort guest
- General knowledge in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and general maintenance (preferred)
- Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to established and maintain effective relationship with employees, supervisors and general public.
- Good driving record

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
- Rotating, Week 1: Tues, Wed, Thurs 9am-9pm & Friday 9am-3pm & Week 2: Monday 9am-9pm, Friday 3pm-9pm & Saturday/Sunday 9am-9pm
Experience:
- Previous experience in apartment or student housing maintenance (preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License:
- Drivers (Required)
