Qualifications
Our Automotive Sales Professionals come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don’t have to have automotive sales experience to be successful but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and a strong desire to succeed. Some other qualifications include:
· 2 years of customer service experience
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Superior communication skills; both verbal and written
· Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
· Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
· Must possess a valid driver's license
· Must have a clean driving record
Typical schedule is Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week and closed Sundays. Please note: Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays are mandatory working days.
