Used Car Manager
Great Falls Subaru is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with great organizational skills to manage our Used Car Department. We need a qualified high energy individual to help us execute our Mission and facilitate growth.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Manage Used Vehicle Inventory
- Purchase Used Vehicle Inventory
- Market Used Vehicle Inventory
- Work alongside the Service Department to recondition Used Vehicles
- Appraise Vehicles
In addition, the Used Car Manager will work alongside the General Sales Manager to recruit, train, and motivate Sales Consultants. This includes but is not limited to working with the Sales team to desk, close car deals, and complete delivery of vehicle to the customer.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 Years Experience in the Used Car Management role
- A Passion and Knowledge for Inventory Management
- 3 years Sales experience with a proven track record
- 3 years Customer Service experience with strong customer service skills
- Ability to coach and develop others
- Desire and willingness to learn and grow
- Hardworking and driven
- Team player
- Clean Driving Record
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Note: The schedule for this role is a 5-day split shift. This role will require you to work Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays, with Sundays and a day mid-week as days off.
