Assistant Coordinator (After School Program)

Position: Assistant Coordinator/Manager - After School Program

Location: Scottsdale

Job Details:

• Assists Program Coordinator with management and operation of the after-school and summer programs.
• Programs provide homework assistance, educational activities, physical activities, and more.
• Facilitates after-school program activities and supervises K-5 students.
• Part time position offering approximately 24 hours per week. Monday-Friday during afterschool hours (school dismissal until 6:00 p.m.).

Qualifications:

• Must meet ADHS qualifications for Director Designee, no exceptions
• Minimum of high school diploma (college courses in education or related area preferred)
• Experience with children in a licensed facility or educational program preferred
• Minimum of 21 years old
• Must possess or obtain valid Arizona Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance card (IVP)
• Negative TB test result within the last 12 months or upon offer of employment required
• Must obtain First Aid CPR certification upon hire
