Position Overview
As a Legal Intake Specialist you will play a crucial role in assessing and qualifying new client leads. Your ability to handle highvolume inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency will directly impact our firm s success. Experience in plaintiff s personal injury law and familiarity with Lead Docket (or similar CRM / intake software) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Intake & Screening : Answer and evaluate inbound calls web inquiries and referrals to determine case eligibility.
- Outbound Calls : Follow up with potential clients who have inquired about legal representation.
- Lead Management : Efficiently input and track potential cases in Lead Docket or other CRM systems.
- FollowUp & Conversion : Conduct timely followups with potential clients to secure signed retainer agreements.
- Document Collection : Assist clients in gathering necessary documents to expedite case review.
- Communication & Coordination : Work closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure smooth transitions from intake to case management.
- Compliance & Confidentiality : Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
