Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. Duties
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols.
- Perform inspections using vision inspection systems to assess product quality.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments for accurate data collection and analysis.
- Support research data collection efforts related to product performance and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation related to QA/QC processes in accordance with ISO 13485 standards.
- Assist in the training of staff on quality management practices and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance or related fields, with a focus on QA/QC methodologies.
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and implementation.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards is preferred.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and software such as Calypso for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for conducting thorough inspections and audits.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
