- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history.
- Train staff on proper maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and the use of specialized tools.
- Oversee high voltage systems maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance environment is essential.
