What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Collections Specialist position at Great Lakes Eye Institute?
Immediate opening for a dynamic professional Patient Collection Specialist! Successful candidate must have a strong yet professional and compassionate disposition to collect patient balances. This position has been newly created in our existing seven member billing department.
Tasks include face to face meetings with patients, phone calls, mailings, sending accounts to the credit bureau, etc. Strong organizational skills a must! Follow through is essential!
