Overview
Great Lakes is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Assistant plays a key support role in implementing marketing initiatives and tracking effectiveness. This position may be responsible for a wide range of tasks critical to the success of marketing campaigns for Great Lakes.
Duties
- Assists the marketing department with administrative tasks.
- Assists in creating marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Helps plan and execute marketing campaigns, including newsletters, digital ads, events, and sales.
- Collaborates with other departments as needed.
- Assisting with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
- Previous marketing experience is preferred.
- Skills in working with cross-functional teams like marketing, design, and development to align efforts with broader business objectives.
- Salesforce experience is a plus (Marketing Cloud, Marketing Intelligence)
