Required Skills & Qualifications of Inside Sales: Inside Sales: Business Development Representative (BDR):
- Excellent listening to identify challenges our clients & prospects are facing, so we can deliver solutions.
- Well-versed in written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills for both internal and external recipients.
Responsibilities of Inside Sales: Business Development Representative (BDR):
- Generate lead flow - Prospect leads via initial phone or email contact, averaging 8-10 calls/hour. As the point person on the sales team, you'll engage the account and prepare them for a meeting with your Outside partner.
- Manage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts to foster brand trust, serve on-going needs, and generate referrals. Generally, you’ll contact each customer 4 – 6 times/year.
- Customer support – Answer incoming calls and emails, identify issues and make suggestions for future solutions.
