We are seeking an experienced and energized person to provide high-level support to our Office and CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
Anticipated job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with time management and calendar activities
- Coordinate client, prospect, and personal events
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and printing, copying & scanning files
- Assist team members with administrative responsibilities
- Assist with social media accounts management and engagement: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Assist CEO in working with other marketing vendors and platforms
- Provide quarterly and other computer-generated reports to CEO
- Provide travel coordination, emails, personal scheduling, and management of personal & life responsibilities
- Special projects as necessary

Requirements
- Technology savvy; high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and/or Google Slides
- Social media experience required. Experience with Facebook and Instagram required. Experience with YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter and TikTok is a plus.
- 2 years of personal, administrative, or executive assistant duties and/or professional client service experience required.
- Prior experience supporting a C-Suite level executive preferred.
- Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
