Seeking Qualified Candidates to serve as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and HR Manager.
Personalized Nursing LIGHT House, a non-profit 501c(3) corporation that provides behavioral healthcare services across Southeastern Michigan, seeks a Part time Executive Assistant for 24 to 30 hours per week, could become full-time. This person will report directly to the CEO and HR Manager, providing administrative assistance. This position will enhance executive's effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others.
Job Duties Include :
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Develops and maintains social media outlets for the company. Experience with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn preferred.
- Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Completes projects independently and reports results to the CEO within required time periods.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Assists the HR department with recruitment, scheduling of interviews, orientation and employee Well Being Initiative
Executive Assistant Skills and Qualifications :
Excellent writing skills, scheduling, Microsoft office skills, highly organized, works independently with strong time management and verbal communication skills. Must be resourceful to complete assignments / projects with very little supervision.
