Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the President and CEO will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the executive office. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, performing general administrative duties as required or directed by the President & CEO in support of the administrative functions of the corporation.
- Provide assistance and manage special assigned projects for the President & CEO.
- Act as directed by the President & CEO in providing support and communication between the Board of Directors, Corporate Officers, and other leaders in the corporation.
- Assist the President & CEO in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the executive office, its programs and activities.
- Manage all aspects of the President & CEO’s calendar including support materials for appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to various corporate office personnel as directed by the CEO.
- Offer administrative assistance to other company entities and facilities as needed.
- Prepare mailings, folders, and documentation for board meetings and other events, and record and maintain minutes of all Board Meetings.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for the CEO and executive office.
- Support the Evangelical Homes of Michigan Foundation as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of executive administrative support experience required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office equipment usage.
- Other Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; strong attention to detail.
- This position is in-office and is not eligible for remote work.
