About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Member Service Representative 1 to join our team in the Credit Union and Related Activities industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and assisting them with their financial needs. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency while performing various tasks such as processing transactions, opening new accounts, and resolving member inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with our members will be critical to your success in this role.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in a customer service or financial services role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Cash handling experience
