As Project Manager at Great Oaks Landscaping, you will be responsible for managing the installation of various landscaping projects, including patios, retaining walls, outdoor fire elements, irrigation systems, LED lighting, and more. You will lead a team of skilled crew members, ensuring that every project runs smoothly, stays on budget, and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise installation crews and foremen, ensuring high-quality work and efficient project completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or changes.
• Order materials and schedule tool rentals in advance to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a 9/10 quality score by ensuring attention to detail and excellence on every project.
• Coach and train crew members to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Update project schedules and track expenses using landscape project management software.

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years in landscape construction (e.g., patios, steps, retaining walls, irrigation systems)
• 2 or more years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the landscaping industry
• 3 or more years of leadership experience, including crew scheduling, coaching, and project management
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and change order management
• Proficient in project management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical ability to handle job site demands (lifting, bending, etc.)
• Ability to provide on-site leadership and customer service

Salary and Benefits:

• Full time position
• Competitive salary at $70,000 to $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Earning potential through production bonuses and gross profit margin incentives.
