We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Guest Experiences Attendant II to join our team at the Vineyard Golf Course. At Great Parks, our team members work together to preserve and protect natural resources and to provide outdoor recreation and education in order to enhance the quality of life for present and future generations.
As a Guest Experiences Attendant II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their satisfaction and enjoyment of our facilities. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of your work, including ticket sales, crowd control, and facility maintenance. Your ultimate goal will be to create a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests to our facilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff
- Cross training for outdoor positions such as Starter, Greeter, and Golf Ranger skill sets.
- Cleaning and re-fueling golf cars
- Maintain a clean and organized facility
- Assist with crowd control and emergency situations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the golf industry
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
