We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Guest Experiences Attendant II to join our team at the Miami Whitewater Forest Golf Course. At Great Parks, our team members work together to preserve and protect natural resources and to provide outdoor recreation and education in order to enhance the quality of life for present and future generations.
As a Guest Experiences Attendant II, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs, answering inquiries, and providing information about the golf course and its amenities. Additionally, you will handle reservations, check-ins, and payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your role will also involve maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pro shop, restocking merchandise, and assisting with inventory management. Overall, your contribution will directly impact the overall guest satisfaction and reputation of the golf course.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing accurate information about the golf course, facilities, and services.
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pro shop, restocking merchandise as needed.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing new merchandise.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or retail setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a golf course or sports facility.
- Knowledge of golf equipment and terminology.
- Ability to operate a golf cart and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
