About the Role:

As an LDAR Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for performing Method 21 monitoring of components to identify and report leaks in accordance with regulatory requirements. This role involves following a pre-determined route, identifying tagged LDAR components, and documenting findings accurately.


Experience

  • 0 to 12 months of related work experience and/or training.


Education and/or

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)


Minimum Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management for timely tasks completion
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed (company-provided transportation)
  • Ability to stand/walk on feet 10 hours a day with 25lbs pack, climb ladders/stairs, and work at elevated heights
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Eagerness to learn with a coachable mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21
  • Must be able to pass MVR Check, Background Check, and Drug Screening


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 years of experience in a related field
  • Certifications in SafeLand and H2S
  • Proficiency in Apple and or Windows-based computers
  • Experience towing trailers


Key Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of components to detect leaking equipment (valves, pumps, connectors, etc.)
  • Identify and report AVO leaks and OEL components.
  • Follow pre-determined route assigned in a handheld datalogger.
  • Properly monitor LDAR applicable components on equipment throughout client facility.
  • Ability to read and understand Piping and Instrument Diagrams.
  • Ability to properly document LDAR components, following GAS processes.
  • Ability to identify process equipment, components and ALL associated emission seams.
  • Complete daily summary of work.
  • Communicate equipment changes with office personnel
  • Communicate/Coordinate with plant personnel.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
