Quality Assurance Inspector – Land Pride Parts - Enterprise, KS

Land Pride, a division of Great Plains Mfg, currently has an opening for a 1st Shift Quality Assurance Inspector at our Parts Distribution Center in Enterprise, KS.

The schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., plus occasional overtime, as required.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming parts for conformance to standard. Interpret blueprints.
• Process Purchased parts through the receiving process.
• Troubleshoot causes for defects and make recommendations for changes.
• Work with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve quality or paperwork issues.
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Land Pride parts, products and manufacturing processes
• Ability to interpret Engineering Prints
• Experience in looking up parts using Personal Computers (Windows Environment) and IBMi
• Working familiarity with Precision Measuring tools
• Previous Parts Department or Quality Assurance experience helpful
• Ability to communicate accurately both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
