Assembly Manager - Lucas, KS
Land Pride, a division of Great Plains Manufacturing, is currently seeking an Assembly Managerto join our team at our Lucas location. This position will be responsible for the entire assembly operation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ability to lead and organize daily workflow for efficient production flow to a high standard of quality
- Understand and administer all company and safety policies
- Foster a workplace environment consistent with the values and mission of the company
- Work closely with others to collaborate on completion of common goals to achieve company metrics
- Drive culture of Lean Manufacturing and implementation of change to streamline processes
- Create environment that encourages communication, suggestions, problem solving, and cost improvements
- Follow all Great Plains and OSHA regulations and wear all prescribed PPE as required.
- Other duties may be assigned that require other qualifications, physical demands, and / or work environment.
