As a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care, you’ll be a vital member of our nursing team, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care by:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring residents' conditions and providing updates to the care team.
- Supervising and supporting CNAs and other nursing staff.
- Assisting with resident care plans to promote wellness and recovery.
- Documenting care and clinical observations accurately and timely.
What We’re Looking For:
- A current LVN/LPN license in Kansas, in good standing.
- Strong clinical skills with a compassionate and resident-centered approach.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and proficiency with electronic health records.
