Job Summary: The Front Desk Receptionist is a key contact for visitors and callers from outside the organization. You will greet visitors at the front desk by welcoming, directing and announcing them courteously and appropriately. Answers, screens, and routes incoming phone calls plus other general office support duties.
Job Details:
- Answers, screens, and routes incoming calls.
- Maintains guest-waiting area.
- Receives and distributes incoming mail and packages in a timely manner.
- Assist accounting with freight charge reimbursements.
- Create accounts payable vouchers from invoices that come in.
- Assist senior financial officers as needed.

Job Qualifications:
Required
- 1 year general office, receptionist, or administrative support experience preferred
- Proficient at operating telephones, fax, copier Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Clear and professional speaking voice and tone
- 18 years of age.
- Must have a High School Diploma and/or GED.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and 7 year background check
Preferred
- 1 year general bookkeeping experience
- 1 year basic accounts payable experience
Job Requirements:
Physical: Employee is frequently required to sit for long periods using a computer.
Working Conditions: First shift in a temperature-controlled factory environment.
