Position: Help Desk/Desktop Support

Responsibilities:
- Must have a cleared Background Verification (BGV) and Drug Test (DT) before joining.
- Experience in help desk and desktop support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, and software.
- Ability to provide technical support in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Scope Of Work:
- Provide onsite IT support for end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist with network connectivity and configuration.
- Install, update, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
