Salary Range: - $76,893 - $107,537 annually

Who should apply?
- Possess a Master’s degree in counseling, and/or social services related field.
- Must have professional licensure as a LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW and be eligible for Clinical Supervisor per applicable WAC.
- Five (5) years of experience in a behavioral health or healthcare managed care organization, social services entity, or closely related field, in private or public operations. Experience must include: program management, report writing and presentations, and full staff management responsibilities.
- Must have a Clinical Supervisor certification or ability to obtain within 90-days of hire date per applicable WAC.
- Must complete the WISe training within 90-days of hire date.
- Must complete the CANS training within 30-days of hire date.
- Proficient in computer use/applications commonly used in this field/trade/position, including Microsoft Office software.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Pass and maintain a clear background record as required for healthcare organization under state and federal contracts.
Some of what you will do:
- Functions as a member of the Leadership structure, and will work with the Clinic Operations Director to insure efficient delivery of clinical services.
- Will coordinate with the Chief Clinical Officer and Quality Management with ongoing needs assessment and training.
- Will provide direct clinical supervision of assigned staff, individual and group (care).
- Will provide administrative and programmatic oversight, ongoing assessment, outcomes, and planning for all identified programs. Ability to calculate, interpret, forecast, and implement plans related to program services, productivity, and staffing patterns. Prepare effective reports and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Will provide clinical staff scheduling templates to the Operations Manager, monitor PTO and attendance, and complete performance reviews on assigned staff.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to include facilitation of regularly scheduled treatment team meetings to enhance recovery and person-centered planning, revisions and updates as needed. Includes formal and informal supports as appropriate.
- Ensure interventions of clinicians are based on recommendations from assessment activities, are supported by documented medical necessity, and are implemented as documented in the Treatment Plan.
- Provide ongoing measurement of service outcomes and evaluation of intervention effectiveness.
- Participates in Clinical meetings with Chief Clinical Officer, Quality Management, and other Clinical Managers.
- Establishes and maintains good communication and an effective working relationship with other behavioral health agencies and community system of care partners relating to clinical issues.
- Attends seminars, training, conferences, and other meetings as assigned. Participates in a wide variety of meetings as assigned.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Manager and executive team.
