Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Pharmacy at Great Salt Plains Health Center located in Enid, OK. The Director of Pharmacy will be responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, and developing pharmacy programs to enhance patient care.
Qualifications
- Pharmacy Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Staff Management skills
- Experience in developing pharmacy programs and enhancing patient care
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- PharmD degree and active pharmacist license
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines
