What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support II position at Great Software Laboratory?
- IT Support experience - L2/L3
- Strong MAC experience
- 4 years experience in supporting internal PC/MAC including HW/SW, Network, phone
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Group policy
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, PCs and MACs
- Experience with JAMF is a plus
- Imaging is a plus
- Experience working with ticketing service like ServiceNow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
