The Duluth Branch Office Manager at Great Waters Financial is responsible for managing client relationships and the daily business operations of the Duluth Office, furthering our mission of empowering people to Live Greatly®. This role involves maintaining relationships with clients to help them understand their financial plan and how it works to achieve their goals in purposeful ways.
As the representative and voice delivering the Great Waters financial plan, the DLH Branch Office Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams in Client Operations & Planning to ensure an all-encompassing client experience, with a strong emphasis on our collaborative team approach.
Requirements :
- Drive an exceptional client experience in all aspects of the relationship
- Lead and manage a portfolio of clients to achieve growth and retention objectives
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to enhance Net Promoter Score (NPS) and generate referrals
- Ensure adherence to quality metrics to maintain high standards of client service
- Develop and maintain a culture of results-oriented, continuous process improvement to achieve optimal solutions
- Engage with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, test new offerings, and enhance the overall client experience
- Lead and Manage Branch team Members

The salary range for this role is $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually. In addition, Great Waters offers employees a 401k plan with an employer matching schedule, Medical and Dental insurance, 10 paid company Holidays, an annual wellness stipend, and paid-time off. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus driven by organization and individual performance.
