What We’re Looking For

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating project timelines, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to our high standards.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Represent Great Western Building Systems, LLC positively and professionally, fostering creative solutions for the customers and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to manage expectations and timeline of projects
- Maintain regular contact and communication with all assigned projects
- Monitor project progress and maintain a median project timeline of 8 weeks from sell date to delivery
- Ensure compliance with industry and MBS design standards
- Maintain or increase contracted profit through additional sales, referrals, structural changes, etc
- Maintain a minimum average 35% deposit on change orders sold
- Duties, responsibilities, and reporting relationships may fluctuate or evolve in light of your skill, experience, and the company’s needs
Qualifications & Experience
- Sales Experience: a minimum of 1 year is preferred
- Customer Service: a minimum of 1 year is preferred
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction or metal building industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly driven, self-disciplined, and thrives on competition and success
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
- $24.04 - $84.13 per hour, based on experience, plus uncapped commission opportunities
