Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for producing standard baked goods such as cakes, cookies, biscuits, muffins and various types of puddings
- Unload, clean and operate mixers
- Maintains all daily production, sanitation sheets and applicable forms to ensure all procedures are met
- Assists with cleaning the kitchen and maintaining a sanitary work area
- Meet or exceed all established HACCP sanitation and safety standards
- Other duties as required & assigned
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Creativity and artistic skills for decorating baked goods.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays.
