What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Seraphim Bread?
Seraphim Bread is looking to hire new bakers and baking assistants for their new relocation and expansion. We are an artisan bakery and cafe that specializes in made from scratch breads and pastries, sandwiches and soups, and coffee drinks. Independently ran, with locally sourced ingredients, and a seasonally changing menu.
We are looking for someone who is experienced with bread and pastry making. Hours of operation are Tuesday-Sunday, 4am - 3pm.
Our shifts are available: 4am - 12pm, or 8am - 3pm. 5 days a week. Rotating weekend availability required. Part-time hours are also available.
Duties include: mixing and preparation of doughs and pastries, baking of products for retail and wholesale accounts, cleaning of dishes and workspace.
We are looking for someone who is: Timely and organized, can work with quality and cleanliness, can communicate and work with other team members, can learn new techniques and take criticism, and can have a positive attitude about their career.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
