As a Guest Services Agent at Great Wolf, you play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests, allowing them to enjoy the many amenities our resort offers. Being the first point of contact, you help craft a memorable first impression.

    • Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Welcome guests by greeting them, answering questions, and responding to requests.
  • Register guests by confirming room requirements, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.
  • Establish credit by verifying payment methods.
  • Guide guests to their rooms using resort maps.
  • Convey messages and information to guests promptly.
  • Provide concierge services, offering information about resort amenities and local activities.
  • Maintain guest records accurately.
  • Process payments and prepare billing.
  • Assist with reservations for resort services and local attractions.
  • Secure guest valuables through lost and found processes.
  • Confirm guest identities during check-in.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by monitoring and reporting safety concerns.

    • Basic Qualifications & Skills :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

    • Desired Qualifications & Skills :

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic attitude.
  • Outstanding communication ability.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Capable of sitting or standing for extended periods.
