The purpose of this position is to be the first point of contact our guests have with The Homestead, interacting with our guests to ensure that they have a great experience when they stay at the resort. This person is responsible for streamlining all aspects of the Front Desk check in/check out procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor. This person is also responsible for dealing with guest requests and complaints, and responding to guest calls or inquiries about room reservations. Agents will be well versed in promotions, events, pricing, on property sales strategies, and property/local area information.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16 per hour based on experience.
