Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the waterpark, including maintenance and repairs
- Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of equipment
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards
- Work closely with other departments to identify and address any issues that may impact guest experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent education/experience)
- At least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or waterpark maintenance
- Successful completion of certifications in Aquatic Facility Operator and/or Certified Pool Operator programs
