About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and organized Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping department at Great Wolf Resorts.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure guests have a worry-free stay.
- Inspect facilities, recommend upgrades when needed, establish workflows, standard procedures, and quality control plans.
- Communicate regularly with housekeeping staff, setting expectations and alignment to company values, and provide regular feedback through inspections and daily stand-up meetings.
- Ensure compliance and timely completion of the performance appraisal process; identify key talent and plan for development.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
