Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Maintain and manage complex executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Communication Support: Act as the first point of contact for the executive, handling calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
3. Meeting Preparation: Organize and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas, compiling documents, and taking detailed minutes.
4. Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives by tracking progress, managing deadlines, and ensuring deliverables.
5. Event Coordination: Plan and execute executive and team events, including logistics, catering, and vendor communication.
6. Document Management: Draft, proofread, and manage confidential documents, presentations, and reports.
7. Budget Oversight: Monitor and reconcile expenses, ensuring adherence to company budgets and policies.
8. Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and offer innovative solutions to streamline executive operations.
9. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
10. Office Coordination: Ensure the executive’s office is organized, equipped, and operating efficiently.
